Payment Methods

Payment is available by credit/debit card, bank transfer and IRIS payments.If payment is made via credit card, debit card, online banking, or prepaid card, you agree to pay the full amount for your purchase either at the time of placing your online order or through the chosen payment method. 

To ensure secure transactions, PETRADI collaborates with certified payment service providers that comply with relevant legislation. When making a payment, you will be redirected to a secure page managed by the payment service provider. This information is used solely to verify the card’s validity and complete the transaction securely. 

Please note that PETRADI does not store your card details, including the card number or security code. The payment service provider processes the entered data and electronically notifies us of the transaction’s approval or rejection. Once approved, the purchase amount will be debited. 

If a transaction is rejected for any reason, the order will be automatically canceled. 

PETRADI reserves the right to validate the card used for payment, including its status and suitability for the order value. We also reserve the right to decline orders based on the results of the check. 

Invoices will be sent to the email address provided during registration or included in the shipping confirmation email.
